1. General Information

Vicki’s Handmade Shop specializes in handmade kitchen accessories, including microwave bowl cozies, hot pads, skillet handle covers, and microwave potato bags. All products are made with 100% cotton materials to ensure microwave safety. However, customers are responsible for following proper usage and care instructions. Instructions are included in the packaging and available on the website.

Safety Disclaimer: While our products are made with microwave-safe materials, Vicki’s Handmade Shop advises users to follow standard microwave safety guidelines and Pellon Wrap-N-Zap is made of 100% Cotton fibers without any additives. It is not fire retardant or flame proof. For this reason, we suggest cooking in 1 minute intervals for a maximum of 8 minutes. Never leave the microwave unattended. Do not use in a Convection/Microwave oven. . We are not liable for any misuse or accidents resulting from improper use of our products.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. Payments must be completed before orders are processed. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Shipping & Processing

Orders typically ship within 2 business days after payment is received. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 5 days of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

5. Product Use & Safety

Our products are designed for household kitchen use only. While we use microwave-safe materials, please follow all microwave safety guidelines and avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse of our products.

6. Custom Orders

We do not offer custom fabric selections. Custom sizing may be available depending on fabric availability. Please inquire before placing an order.
